About the event

The construction industry requires a variety of expertise, from on-site laborers and engineers to highly qualified architects and project managers. It is unique due to its vulnerability to climatic and environmental dependencies.

It further adds to its complexity alongside traditional resource-related challenges. When project managers fail to deal with them or a slight deviation is overlooked, it can lead to project failure.

The question is, what are the primary reasons behind construction project failures?

Construction projects take a significant amount of time, cost a lot of money, and can be very stressful if not planned properly.

Our program will feature two distinguished professionals: Samuel Okoronkwa (Construction Lawyer) and Owen Drury (QS). They will explain how to prepare tender documents and prevent disputes, delays, and claims.
